Ranbir Kapoor all praise for Deepika Padukone

More often than not, working with an ex at a stretch for several months can lead to awkward situations. Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone seemed to have shattered that myth though. The two will be seen in a Karan Johar romcom Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani which releases in a couple of months. There were rumours that the couple got back together but Kapoor denies the stories.
"I don't take such talk seriously. We don't come as a package. Deepika and I have moved on as individuals and as actors," Kapoor said to the Press Trust of India.
"She is passionate and ambitious. When you come across someone who is as motivated as you are, the experience of working together is terrific. I share a deep comfort level with her," he added.
Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani sees Kapoor working with director Ayan Mukherjee after four years (Wake Up Sid in 2009).
"In that film, my character was a slacker, but in this film I have found myself. It deals with the relationship, heartbreak and ambitions of four people," he finished off.
The trailer of Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani releases today while the film releases on 31 May 2013.
